Emma and Will came out to Camel’s Hump, Mt Macedon for two days of Top-Rope anchors, abseiling and Christmas-shenanigans. Both had fun and I think both will be back for the more advanced courses in the series!

This one-day course was organised through Gravity Worx Climbing Gym in Coburg. These 9 people already had “lead-passes” from indoor gyms in Melbourne, and wanted to learn to transition their skills into the outdoors. A perfect sunny day with the group at “Back-wall”. Still cannot believe that on a Saturday no other climbers showed up… it was fantastic for us though!

What an amazing three days in Arapiles! Peter, Priscilla and Colin did really well on the Single Pitch Trad course in December, and we managed to climb a fair few climbs all over the area. I hope you three enjoyed the course, and I look forward to seeing you at the next one!
Pauline and Sean joined me for a wonderful multipitch climb at Camels Hump, Mt Macedon a few weeks ago. They had lots of fun and even got a ride back to Melbs with me 🙂

Mallory and Kyle joined me for a wonderful sunny morning at the incredibly beautiful Cathedral Ranges State Park, just outside of Melbourne. I was impressed with these two – they managed all of the climbs and we even got a pitch of lead-climbing in! Until next time guys!
Happy birthday Steve! A great afternoon with chilly weather but amazing views. Luisa surprised us all by blasting up nearly everything easily as if she’d done it 50-100 times before. Steve’s first rock-climbing experience was super fun, he even managed to make it up the grade 16 I set for them at the end of the day!
